GlutaVive™ complex has been specifically formulated to enable L‑glutathione to be delivered to cells in a highly reduced active state, the only state in which it works.
L-glutathione is synthesized in all cells in the body where it acts as a powerful antioxidant, a detoxification agent and is essential for immune functions.
Glutathione becomes oxidised to its inactive state when it is neutralising reactive oxygen species (ROS) and during detoxification.
Oxidised glutathione is normally recycled to its active reduced state within cells ready to work again. However, following strenuous exercise, infections, inflammation or just simply ageing, the body is unable to keep pace with demands for active reduced glutathione. As a result, we feel tired and even fatigued.
Supplementation with GlutaVive not only supplies active L-glutathione to cells but also kick-starts the recycling of oxidised glutathione to active reduced L-glutathione.
GlutaVive™ is more than the sum of its individual ingredients.
